Legal Practitioners choose ‘Work from Office’ over Remote Working in Recent Casengine Survey

As physical premises of offices are reopening amidst the pandemic, and industries all over the world are getting back to the ‘normal’ routine, majority of legal practitioners seem to be relieved with this decision.  This comes in after a survey we recently conducted on our social media that discovered almost 63% of the legal practitioners prefer working from a physical office space, while 37% were in favor of remote working that many people got used to post the pandemic.   Furthermore, we received another option in the comments where people suggested that there should be a third choice; a hybrid system of flexible working hours and arrangement. This may involve reduced office hours or the flexibility to work from home or work from office, as per the employee’s convenience.   Evidently, the winner of the survey remains work from office.
